She started off by saying social media for small businesses is all about time and efficiency. When you have limited resources, you have to use them as concisely as possible. If you’re a small business like we are, you know she’s right on. Once you’ve done that, Liana says to find out where your audience is by doing research. Then, engage with the audience, but listen first. Break into the conversation before you lead it. Customers want to share their experiences with your products, not just hear about them.
