Duncan Alney, President & Creative Director
As President & Creative Director of Firebelly, Duncan provides creative direction for client work, with a focus on configuring branding strategies to support overall business objectives and using web technologies to enrich the overall brand experience. Duncan serves on the board of the Indianapolis International Film Festival.

Duncan has worked in the brand communications field for 15 years, and has experience working in and collaborating with a variety of organizations and industries. He holds degrees from Hanover College, USA and St. Xavier’s College, Calcutta, India.

Duncan has run several marathons including the Anchorage, San Francisco, Nashville, and Big Sur, competed in sprint triathlons, participated in group and solo photography shows, and just directed his first short film, Happiness. When he’s not working on branding or technology projects, he’s an avid “foodie” and cook.
 
William Bentley, Chief Architect
As Chief Architect at Firebelly, William is responsible for the overall technical skill set expertise delivered to clients and oversees the company's Internet Application Development Team. William has extensive information technology experience in the financial services, procurement/ERM, retail and healthcare sectors.

Before Firebelly, he worked to improve the web enterprise of a variety of organizations, including Aon Corporation, Paul Harris Stores, Cummins Inc., and the City of Sacramento, CA.

He holds degrees in Physics and Computer Science from Cornell University.

William recently returned from a tour of China, and also produced his first short film, Happiness.

Angela Thompson, Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer at Firebelly, Angela is responsible for overall financial performance and enabling the launch of new services within the company.

A serial entrepreneur, Angela has also successfully launched Air-Tan, an air-brush tanning salon, and Club Spray Tan, an online distribution business for spray tan products. Angela’s career includes a background in service, logistics, and operations with a global corporation.

She holds a degree from the University of Utah.

Angela has recently returned from India, and is passionate about film.

Timothy J. Browning, Systems Designer and Technology Analyst

As Systems Designer and Technology Analyst, Timothy is responsible for strategic system design and analyzing technology solutions for client projects.

Timothy has extensive experience in the insurance, retail, manufacturing, and commercial software product industries. Past assignments have included from prominent open-source firms, retailing giants, and financial services startups.

Nathan Clement, Producer & Senior Art Director

As Producer & Senior Art Director, Nathan sees the strategy and sweats the details, with the sole focus of bringing it all together to create an authentic yet rich brand experience.

Nathan has worked in the communications field for over 17 years. He has owned a printing company, designed books for Macmillan Publishing, been an art director for an ad agency and currently also runs his own company working as an illustrator. Nathan earned his BFA from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1989.

He's also the author and illustrator of  DRIVE!, a children's book due out in 2008 from Boyds Mills Press. He most enjoys hanging out with his best friend and wife, Greta. They're expecting their first child in November of 2007!

 
Chad Richards, Video & Emerging Media Specialist

Chad is responsible for the development and execution of video and emerging media content for online marketing strategies, and works closely with Duncan, Creative Director.

He has a degree in Media Arts and Technology from Indiana University.

Chad has directed several short films, produced Indie Scene TV , a film and arts series that aired on Indianapolis ABC affiliate WRTV6, and is currently in post-production on his first documentary Persistence of Vision: The Eye-Opening Life of Jean Brown .

In his spare time, he enjoys catching up with old friends on Myspace, watching the latest homemade masterpieces on Youtube, and living vicariously through his Second Life persona.

 
Margaret Henney, PR & Brand Associate
As a Public Relations and Brand Associate, Margaret's responsibilities include working on PR and Branding strategies.

Margaret recently graduated from Butler University with degrees in Arts Administration and Public Relations. During her time in college she was actively involved in the Butler University Theatre Department, where she served as House Manager for two years, acted and stage-managed. Her work experience includes internships with the Indianapolis International Film Festival, Firebelly, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival as a member of Company Management team.

Margaret recently returned from a trip to Costa Rica with friends. When she isn't spending time with family and friends, she enjoys traveling, cooking, going to the theatre, and snow skiing.
 
Elle Cordes, Web Strategy Intern

Elle is responsible for assisting with development and execution of web strategies, specifically as they relate to the online user experience.

Elle is a senior at DePauw University majoring in communications and Spanish. She is on the board of directors for the student television station D3TV and is also active in other student media. Outside of her majors, Elle's focus is technology and more specifically web design. As a member of the Information Technology Associates Program she has been a web design consultant and a supervisor for web design teaching first-year students how to make websites.

Elle's other passion is traveling and she recently returned from a semester abroad in Granada, Spain. She has also visited six other European countries and two in Africa.

 
Brittany Cole, Marketing/Public Relations Intern

As a marketing and public relations intern Brittany has the
opportunity to work on several media related projects within Firebelly.

Brittany is a Advertising major Ball State university with a minor in
Marketing. She is involved in AAF and greek life on the Ball State
campus.

Her interests include reading, traveling, the food network, animals and
spending time with friends and family.

 

Firebelly has additional teams in India, Argentina, and Indianapolis, USA.
