Hard work does pay off because Firebelly has been nominated and selected as a Mira Awards finalist for Marketing Technology Excellence and Innovation.
I’m thrilled! I don’t typically use exclamations in blog posts. We’re usually editorial in our blog, but good times call for celebration – and that includes you – our community.
I’ve included a video message for those of you who’d rather watch than read:

Firebelly just completed an interview and presentation to a judging panel. We’re up against five other finalists, including:
- Angie’s List
- Indianapolis Motor Speedway
- Jesubi LLC
- JH Specialty, Inc.
- Right On Interactive
TechPoint created the Mira Awards 14 years ago to honor companies that exhibited great technology excellence and innovation. Each award is based on criteria specific to each category of award – there are 14 awards that companies can be nominated for. As noted earlier, Firebelly has been selected as a finalist for the Marketing Technology Excellence and Innovation award. This award recognizes companies that effectively use new media to achieve a distinct goal.
The Mira Awards Gala is a black-tie event on April 20th at the JW Marriott in downtown Indianapolis. Over 700 professionals will attend to find out which companies will be honored and awarded.
Candidly, this is another affirmation to me that small companies can do big work, that good work is recognized, that results matter (more than hype) and that as an organization we’re on the right path.
Firebelly, as you know, is purely and solely focused on social media marketing. No PR, no digital agency, no social for the sake of SEO. Our team is just that – a team. We work hard to get results and outcomes for our clients. We’re more interested in that work than self promotion.
Thank you to TechPoint and the Mira Awards. We’re proud to be a part of this.
And for the rest of you – keep the fire burning in your belly!
