January 27: National Chocolate Cake Day — Feature a cake place in walking or biking distance from your property, or a recipe to make when they move to your property.

February

Superbowl Sunday (date varies): Feature a living room or in-home theatre for premium Superbowl watching.

February 9: National Pizza Day — Feature a pizza place in walking or biking distance from your property, or a recipe to make when they move to your property.

February 14: Valentine’s Day — Show some love for your properties’ features! Whatever you think is special about your property gets a little extra social media love this day.

February 20: Love Your Pet Day — Post a pet inside your property to showcase that your property is pet-friendly (if it is, of course).
