What is a KPI that matters? It's a tie between reach and share. Reach, because it always feels good to reach as many people as you can with your message, and share because it means someone thinks that your message is worthy of passing along to others.
Why do you love social? I love the speed that information is available. I also love keeping up with my favorite people, brands, organizations, artists, etc., and I'm always stopping on content that has anything to do with dogs.
