With nearly a decade of experience, Tia is a food safety, quality, and regulatory professional who has worked in large-scale food manufacturing, start-up environments, and retail settings. Her primary role is to assist manufacturing and retail companies develop and enhance their food safety and quality programs. Employing her chemical engineering background to utilize systems, data, and proven methodologies to design and execute effective FSQs (Food Safety and Quality) strategies, she delivers cost savings and efficiency gains for her clients.

Jill Stuber is the Co-founder of Catalyst and is an experienced professional and coach who has worked in the food industry for several years. Serving various multimillion-dollar food companies and food industry support companies, both at corporate and front-line facility levels, Jill has defined expectations and developed programs for company-wide FSQ systems. Leading multi-plant teams with up to 50 members, she implements clearly defined team and individual roles, expectations, and boundaries to promote collaboration across the organizations.
